4. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
-
The product is unavailable.
-
There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error.
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
-
We are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. PRODUCT PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to obvious errors.
Where applicable, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
We may use third-party payment providers to securely process payments.
We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided when placing your order.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will provide the available delivery options and estimated delivery times during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and, subject to applicable law, no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into. (GOV.UK)
If there is an unexpected delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
8. 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. (GOV.UK)
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
You may contact us using:
Email: [INSERT EMAIL]
Once you notify us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. (GOV.UK)
The goods should be returned in accordance with our returns instructions.
Where legally required, we will refund the applicable amount, including the cost of standard delivery originally paid by you. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option. (GOV.UK)
Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. 60-DAY RELIVO MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
In addition to your statutory rights, Relivo may offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases.
The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary guarantee provided by Relivo and does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at:
[INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Your request may be subject to the specific conditions of the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this guarantee limits your legal rights regarding faulty, defective, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
10. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We are responsible for ensuring that products supplied to consumers meet the requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
Products should be:
-
Of satisfactory quality.
-
As described.
-

These are statutory rights and cannot simply be excluded through our Terms. (GOV.UK)
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or videos showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
11. RETURNS
Products should be returned using the return instructions provided by Relivo.
Unless otherwise stated, products returned under the statutory cancellation right should be returned within the applicable timeframe.
Where the law permits the customer to bear return postage costs, those costs may be the customer's responsibility if this was made clear before the order was placed. (GOV.UK)
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, defective, incorrect or not as described.

A couple of important things before you paste this into Shopify
I wouldn't call any Terms of Service "bulletproof." UK consumer law can override terms that attempt to remove statutory rights, and unfair terms may not be enforceable. The CMA specifically says businesses must use terms that are fair and transparent. (GOV.UK)
Also, don't make your 60-day guarantee the customer's only return route. Your normal statutory cancellation rights and rights concerning faulty/misdescribed goods need to remain separate. (GOV.UK)
Before publishing, replace the four placeholders (website, email, address, company/VAT details) and make sure the 60-day guarantee's actual conditions match what you advertise on the product page.
